Printable PDFs bought on this website: because PDF files are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final. If your file will not download, will not open, or has a missing or damaged page, contact us through our Contact page within 30 days with your order number. We will send you a working file or give you a full refund.

Custom story books: you can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your story outline. Once you approve the outline we start writing and illustrating your book, so the order can no longer be refunded. Your price includes one round of changes after you see the finished book. If a printed custom book arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint it at no cost.

Printed paperbacks of our catalog books: these are sold, printed and shipped by Amazon. Returns and refunds are handled by Amazon under Amazon's return policy. To start a return, go to Your Orders on Amazon.com and choose the book.
