Shipping policy

Printable PDFs bought on this website are digital files. Nothing is shipped. Right after checkout you get a download link on the order confirmation page, and the same link is emailed to you. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder or contact us through our Contact page.

Custom story books: the digital PDF is emailed to you about 5 to 7 business days after you approve your story outline. If you ordered a printed paperback or hardcover, it is printed on demand and shipped to the address you give at checkout about 2 to 3 weeks after you approve the final PDF. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We email tracking when your book ships. We currently ship printed custom books within the United States.

Printed paperbacks of our catalog books are sold, printed and shipped by Amazon. When you tap "Buy the paperback on Amazon", you check out on Amazon.com, and Amazon handles printing, shipping costs, delivery times, Prime eligibility and tracking. You can track those orders in Your Orders on Amazon.com.

We do not offer local pickup.
