Pick a story theme (or bring your own idea), answer a few questions below, and add a photo if you'd like a character to look like someone special. Our team uses AI writing and illustration tools to create your story, then edits and checks every page by hand.
Choose your book:
- Picture Book (kids): up to 24 illustrated pages, perfect for ages 2 to 8.
- Story Book (chapter book or novella): about 40 to 60 pages (roughly 8,000 to 15,000 words) with an illustrated cover, for older kids, teens and adults.
Choose your art style: Realistic (looks like real people), Animated (3D movie style), Cartoon (classic storybook) or Comic book (panels and speech bubbles).
Want superheroes? Make the main character, or the whole family, into heroes with their own names, powers and costumes.
Choose your format: Digital PDF only, or PDF plus a printed paperback or hardcover shipped to your door.
How it works
- Choose your options and fill in the story questions.
- Within 2 business days we email you a story outline and character sketch to approve.
- You get your finished PDF about 5 to 7 business days after you approve the outline. One round of changes is included.
- Printed copies ship 2 to 3 weeks after you approve the final PDF.
Stories and art are created with AI tools and reviewed by ELLEM GIRLS. We write original stories only: we can match a style or genre, but we can't use famous characters, celebrity names or other copyrighted material. All books are family-friendly (no explicit content).
